Autumn was absolutely amazing! From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel so comfortable and at home. She took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and made what could have been a stressful dentist visit feel easy and relaxing. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her patients. Autumn is exceptional. She gives clear explanations of what is happening and what comes next, she is aware and helpful. The front desk staff is fantastic in accommodating patients. Dr. Sami is understanding and brilliant.

My family and I highly recommend this office to others. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. My son has had braces through this office and now has a beautiful smile. They were very accommodating when he would break a bracket and needed seen. He has also done therapy with Kristin who is absolutely hands down amazing at her job. She is the most knowledgeable dental hygienist and therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My husband is scared of the dentist and they make him feel comfortable enough to keep returning year after year!

Let me start here.... I HAVE AN EXTREME FEAR OF THE DENTIST. I mean raised blood pressure, breaking out into a sweat, heart pounding so hard I can feel it in my ears. I even put this on my intake form. I'm going to assume that it was read by everyone because when I say I was handled with EXTREME CARE at all my appointments. Starting at check in, the lady at the front desk ( didn't get her name and I'm sad bc I definitely wanted to shout her out) she had braids and was very pleasant ( to the powers that be....She should still get a kudos even though I don't know her name). This appointment was my cleaning and x-rays, It was a great appointment, I was abnormally calm, which was weird, bc I normally can't calm down. Then my second appointment, where the heavy lifting was going to take place ( crown and filling). I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Tori and her crew Autumn and Shanae! I lm not sure if they knew, but I was a nervous wreck. They kept me calm by having normal conversations, while working on me. They even made sure my lips weren't ashy during the procedure bc OMG that would have been devastating lol. I left the office better than I came! I'm thankful for D

My visit my visit to prefer family Dental was the best it could have been. I received a deep cleaning because I have some gun problems. This was not an easy job however, she was very attentive to my needs and made me very comfortable. She was very kind and knowledgeable about my condition and gave me some good advice for home care
